The Hill & Brooks Coffee and Tea Company’s state-of-the-art roasting and packaging plant is located in Mobile, Alabama. Featuring over 72,000 square feet of roasting, grinding, packaging and warehouse space, the facility is strategically located at the intersection of Interstate 10 (east and west) and Interstate 65 (north and south).
With over 59 years of roasting and packaging expertise, Hill & Brooks has the know-how and technology to deliver for your brand. Our recently updated facility can roast the equivalent of millions of cups of coffee daily and utilizes finely tuned roasting and packaging equipment.

Sourcing
Sourcing the finest coffee beans on the planet has been no easy task over the last 59 years but the effort has enabled us to build rich relationships with coffee growers, both large and small, all over the world. These unique relationships mean that your company will have a breadth of choice while also ensuring personal interaction with growers. Our Global Sourcing Team is led by Iain Prentice. He has been sourcing coffees and teas for over 45 years and travels the globe on our behalf to make sure we are always buying the best beans and teas in the world from sustainable, world class growers who adhere to fair trade practices at their plantations.
Roasting
Sourcing high quality coffee beans is only the beginning and nurturing them carefully during the roasting process is critical. Our philosophy for roasting is simple: Top quality equipment and knowledgeable top quality people produce top quality products. Our equipment and technology are very important to our roasting and packaging successes but at the end of the day our people make all the difference.
Grinding
The finest quality coffee beans and the best roasting practices mean nothing without the proper grind. Our grinders are almost infinitely adjustable with exacting standards to meet every need to create the perfect cup of coffee and achieve requested taste profiles.
Packaging
Packaging carefully crafted coffees is no small task, but we’ve got it in the bag. Recent equipment acquisitions have greatly expanded our packaging capabilities. Our customers benefit from custom pack sizes, custom films, as well as neatly filled and custom crafted boxes.
Food Safety
Our team fully understands we are working with a food product and cut no corners to insure all precautions are taken to deliver a safe product as well as a product of the highest quality to our customers. We are an SQF Level 2 Food Safety Certified operation.
